When I think of love, I often associate it with strong feelings of happiness, joy, and companionship. But there’s much more to love than meets the eye; at its core, love is a powerful force that transcends physicality and is all about understanding and acceptance.

Finding unconditional love is the deepest and most satisfying form of love. Unconditional acceptance and compassion for others and the environment around you will release the power within. Unconditional love has the power to bring us closer together and strengthen relationships between people regardless of any differences or circumstances. It means being supportive, encouraging, forgiving, respectful, patient and understanding with others, no matter the situation.

The practice of compassion is a powerful act. We have all been in trying situations that can bring out the not so favorable side of ourselves. I know I have. When someone cuts you off in traffic and you want to shove your middle finger in places that will destroy them.😅 When I learned to come from a place of empathy and understanding, I learned to forgive others. The act of forgiveness gave me so much peace. More than I could’ve imagined.
Similarly, extending our helping hand in times of need or checking in with those who might need support , shows others that we truly care about their well-being. As humans, our greatest power lies in our ability to connect – learning how to practice compassion is a step towards ascension. Love is the language of the Universe, that will propel us into a new era.

It’s easy to get wrapped up in the fast-paced lifestyle we live today. In loving others, we first must learn to love ourselves unconditionally. When I learned to love myself and be patient with myself, I found that I was more compassionate with others. I was able to slow down and see people for who they really are, whether they were acting out of hurt or past trauma or just having a bad day. Often we are quick to judge others, especially when we are not in a great place. One thing I realized is everyone has something going on in their lives, the best thing to do is take nothing to heart. When you react with love it stops people in their tracks. The power of love cannot be overstated; by embracing its potential through empathy and understanding, each one of us can make a positive difference in someone else’s life.
