A realm where humans are stretched between choices,
where inner children cry for swings and sunlight,
and inner dragons rumble to take action.
We spoke of the games we’re taught to call “work,”
how our worth has been measured in jobs, lists, and checkmarks.
Sandra reminded us: joy isn’t a weekend ration.
It is daily sustenance.
Play is sacred technology.
She carried stories of addiction overcome,
the healing power of words rewritten,
the blank page that became destiny.
Her dragon appeared not as fire,
but as water, a blue spiral rising from the soles to the heart.

Visionary, Healer, Guardian, Sage, Seeker, Warrior, Creator.
Not myths outside us,
but the dragons we already house.
Sandra showed how the inner child protects,
the inner dragon acts,
