Are you Toxic?

Words are more than words, they are energy

So…what is toxicity? Webster’s dictionary defines toxicity as ” the quality, state, or relative degree of being poisonous.” Also ” an extremely harsh, malicious, or harmful quality.”

Now that we have defined toxicity, how can we identify toxic people and toxic environments? Maybe you’re the toxic one?

1st let’s talk about toxic people. Have you ever had that one friend or family member, associate/co-worker or whatever, who always has something negative to say?

The type of person that seems bring the drama to every situation. Negativity just seems to follow them like a little black cloud. It can be subtle, like for instance, say you just played the lotto numbers and you gleefully share this with a friend and they respond…. ” You know the statistic of actually winning? You will never win. ” or maybe you share a business idea with a family member and they begin to rattle off all the ways your business will fail. “You know only 1 in 100 businesses succeed their first time around.” And they say, “I’m just being realistic”.

This is toxic energy. It could even be as simple as you have a headache and your co-workers starts giving you a list of all the things that could possibly be wrong with you. TOXIC!

I witness these types of toxicity on a regular basis by just observing those around me. What people fail to realize is WORDS ARE ENERGY!

Words give off energetic vibrations. This is also known as black magic.

Don’t roll the dice with toxic energy

Toxic people and toxic energy is best dealt with when you can remove yourself from the equation. Many toxic people may be closely involved, like family and friends. Maybe a boss or co-worker.
