Looking at the state of the world today has led many to look inward for a solution. During times of strife, many have risen to the occasion. So many businesses have started from people not willing to be at the mercy of employers. Mankind is always resilient in times of economic chaos.
In these times it is important to look within to find what this life means to you. Is there more to life than making money to buy frivolous possessions? The simplicity of living has been perfected by nomads and small tribes around the world. Do we have to give up our comforts to find peace and happiness? It is in our nature to want the best, but having the best should not come at a cost. Life for me is about finding the balance in all things. Seeing the beauty in everyday life. Something as simple as watching the leaves sparkle and dance in the sunlight or having a delicious meal that is oh-so-satisfying to your soul.
In this journey, I have discovered that life is truly what you make of it. There is nothing you can not attain. Our hopes and fears are created in the mind. I challenge all to play a game with the Universe. Write down whatever it is you desire, then release it to the Universe. This can be accomplished through a burning ceremony or just folding a piece of paper and tucking it away under your pillow. Really envision yourself having what it is you desire. Imagine all of the small details and watch to see how the Universe delivers it to you. No matter the economic strife or state of the world, we can have whatever it is we desire. We must trust the Universe are connected as one. Only them will we understand the power we have within.
